All payments by You to Us and Us to You or someone else under Your Policy must be in New Zealand currency.
If a loss under this policy is stated in a currency other than New Zealand dollars, payment under this policy shall be made in New Zealand dollars at the cash rate of exchange for the purchase of New Zealand dollars as reported in the National Business Review on the date the final judgment is reached, the amount of the settlement is agreed upon or the element of loss is due, as the case may be.
